COURSE - Demystifying Mindfulness (Part 3: Anchor & Intentional Routines)

In Part 3, we explore a common misunderstanding of mindfulness - that it’s about emptying the mind, stopping thoughts, or eliminating stress. Instead, we look at how mindfulness helps us relate more skillfully to a busy mind and moments of stress reactivity.

We introduce mindful anchors - simple points of attention that help ground awareness in the present moment - and how creating an intentional routine can support clarity, purpose, and emotional balance throughout the day.

This episode includes a calming body and breath meditation to practise using three core anchors and to set a mindful intention for the day or week ahead.

By the end of this session, you’ll have:

- Three practical anchors to support presence, calm, and grounding

- A simple intentional morning routine for greater focus and purpose

- Experience using anchors and intention within a guided meditation
