In Part 2 of this introductory mindfulness course, we pause to explore a tool we all use thousands of times a day - the breath.
We look at how conscious breathing can help us respond more skilfully to our evolutionarily conditioned stress response, supporting health, wellbeing, and emotional regulation.
The episode includes two practices: an abdominal breathing exercise and a mindful breath awareness meditation. Together, these help rediscover the breath as a grounding anchor in times of stress, distraction, or difficulty.
