MEDITATION - Mindful Pause for Acceptance
This short guided meditation invites us to bring mindful acceptance to difficult or stressful moments in life. An intentional pause to help us meet challenges with steadiness and awareness.
We begin by grounding in the body to create a calm, stable space from which to reflect on any situation where acceptance may be needed. Rather than denying or pushing away the experience, we gently explore how we might view it as a changing event - and an opportunity for learning, healing, or growth.
