Attitudes of Mindfulness
The Attitudes of Mindfulness are foundational to the practice of Mindfulness, whether in meditation, or in daily life. It is not expected that you suddenly ‘get’ all of these attitudes and can readily apply them. But as we develop and learn through daily practice, or a course, they become really valuable tools to help deepen our awareness. To increase our connection with our present moment experience and to the experience of others. And ultimately to help us lead a healthier, happier and more fulfilled life.
I hope these eight attitudes can support you in your daily practice, or in life! Please feel free to share with anyone who might benefit. And to find out more about how they might support you in daily live, please get in touch or take your free guided course below!
Have a wonderful day!
Derek

Using the metaphor of a “Bridge of Trust,” we examine key neurochemicals and simple practices that enable psychological safety, collaboration, and purposeful work.
